Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using RopeDrop Radar (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Waltz On Main LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

RopeDrop Radar offers a free plan (Explorer) and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis at the frequency you select (monthly or annual). All paid plans begin with a free trial period as described at the time of sign-up.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your trial ends and you will not be charged. After a trial converts to a paid subscription, charges are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Founding members who subscribe during our early access period lock in their subscription price for as long as their subscription remains continuously active.

5. SMS Alerts & Text Messaging

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from RopeDrop Radar (operated by Waltz On Main LLC) regarding park wait times, Lightning Lane availability, dining reservations, Magic Key calendar dates, and account-related updates.

• Message frequency may vary based on your alert settings and park conditions.
• Standard Message and Data Rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
• Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us at [email protected].
• We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the Service.
• Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most major US carriers. Not all carriers are supported.

You may manage or remove your phone number and SMS preferences at any time from your account settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to access, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service or its data sources.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
• Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Affiliation

RopeDrop Radar is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, Disney Parks, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All park names, attraction names, and related marks are the property of their respective owners. We use them solely for descriptive purposes.

8. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Wait times, Lightning Lane availability, dining reservation status, crowd scores, and other park data are provided for informational purposes only. Data is sourced from third-party feeds and may not always reflect real-time conditions. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any data provided through the Service. Always verify critical information through official park channels.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waltz On Main LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed park reservations, dining opportunities, or Lightning Lane windows. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, design, code, and the “Next Move” suggestion system, are owned by Waltz On Main LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
